Many people know him as a consultant for food companies and restaurants, a cooking coach, an author of books, an event manager, and a curator of television programs that are dedicated to the kitchen.

When it comes to his first collaborations with Rai, Campoli contributed to the cooking recipes with his exceptional artistic skills and set up creative sets with a theme centered around gastronomy. His relentless efforts and constant strive for perfection allowed him to become the Rai scientific consultant, including being the reference figure for international doctors and food experts.
