During my recent trip, World Traveller sailed from Lisbon to Rome and I had the pleasure of hanging out with Rudi, our gastronomic expert for the voyage. One of the highlights of my cruise was meeting up with him at a local market, where we competed in a yachtsman’s cookoff, his version of a culinary “Iron Chef.”
