The Skywhip tanks

The Skywhip tanks on the Gold Coast are the highest quality cream dispensers. They are ideal for commercial culinary settings or those who frequently whip a large volume of whipped cream. These Skywhip tanks are equipped with pure culinary-grade nitrous oxide gas, offering cutting-edge technology for whip dispensing.

This combo comes with 1 tank of Skywhip tanks Pro Max 3.3L XL cream chargers and a pressure regulator. Each tank holds 2000g of food grade N2O. The pressure regulator allows you to adjust the release of nitrous oxide gas to your desired level.

Also included is a quality neoprene bag, which makes transporting your cylinder easy. This is the same material wet-suits are made from, so it’s extremely durable and safe for your cylinder.

The Spice Trail

In this engrossing and entertaining travel documentary, Kate Humble follows the path of some of the world’s most prized spices. Once highly coveted – a small sack of nutmeg could buy a London townhouse and pepper was once used as currency – spices have long been at the centre of global culture and commerce. She explores the places where they are grown, their complex flavours and fascinating histories.

Start by tapping on the interactive map, filtering by neighborhood and type of food. Then tap on a restaurant pin to read blog-style descriptions, get photos, recommendations and tips. You can also chat with the chefs and owners and see photos of the dishes. You can even book your table, right from the app!

In April, our spice challenge celebrated the bounty of Mexico. Our participants created delicious dishes and bakes, all bursting with the flavors of this rich and varied country. The winning entry was a spicy, fruity Tomatillo and Tomato Chutney from Family-Friends-Food.

The following month, we turned to vanilla for our challenge and invited food bloggers to create recipes that really celebrate the flavor of this delicate and luxurious ingredient. The results were astounding – from cakes and bakes to preserves, jams and chutneys. See the full round-up here.
